For every dollar you spend at the grocery store, you take at least 33 cents back in your wallet. By purchasing self-aware products, you are also taking money from someone else which is the foundation of self-awareness.

If you’re like me, you’ve probably been in a self-awareness rut for a while. You’re probably so used to your routine of shopping, cooking, cleaning, and shopping that you forget to be self-aware. You’ve been in a routine of self-focused activities that you have been doing for years.

I think it’s safe to say that most of us are in a rut, but most of us are stuck on autopilot. Every time we’ve said “I will self-aware this week,” we have to remind ourselves to be aware of all of our actions.

I think the best way to understand the need for self-awareness is to look at the difference between self-awareness and autopilot. In autopilot, we have no thought of ourselves. When we are self-aware, we think of ourselves as the way we are, the way we think, and the way we act. When we are on autopilot, we are not self-aware at all. We are acting exactly as we want to be acting.

What happens when we don’t think about ourselves and act? We tend to react by thinking about the world as if we have one self-awareness to our actions, and we fall into a state of autopilot. This is where self-awareness comes in.

Although the two are not entirely identical, autopilot and self-awareness are two related forms of self-awareness. In fact, they are what are called “dual-awareness”—two kinds of self-awareness in the same person. Dual-awareness is how a person can be aware of two things at the same time, the “inside” and the “outside.

This is sort of like the state of dual-awareness that a person is in when he or she is aware of both inside and outside. We tend to fall into an autopilot mode when our minds are in this sort of state. We think of ourselves as a single personality, our mind and body (or more accurately our mind and the parts of our brain that are associated with it) as the same, and then we fall into a state where we view our brain and body as one.

This state of dual awareness is what we mean when we say we don’t have a separate self. That’s like when some people talk about having different bodies or having separate personalities (although when we say separate selves we normally mean two selves, not a separate body). So when we’re aware of both the inside and the outside and we’re also aware of ourselves, we’re in a state of dual awareness where we are aware of what’s going on in both our mind and the body.

This is the way we see it in the videos. We get a glimpse of ourselves as the individual and understand the nature of the person we are. The mind and the body are the two parts of a person. So when we see ourselves as the individual and we understand our minds and the body what we are, what we think is going to happen, we get a glimpse of where we are and what we are not.

This dual awareness is not a state of the mind in the same sense that we are aware of ourselves as the individual. The dual awareness is the way we are aware of ourselves. We understand why we are here, and we understand how we got here.
