It is how we get ourselves to our “higher, inner, spiritual self.

Being self-aware is not a one-time activity. It is a habit. It is something that we do often. It is something that we all do from time to time, but to be self-aware is to be aware of our own minds, our own bodies, and our own lives. Being self-aware is the very first step to being conscious. It is the first step to being present to ourselves in the moment, to being present with our feelings, and our thoughts.

When we know what it is we want, we are able to act on it. We can become aware of our intentions, and become aware of things going wrong. So, when we learn how to be self-aware, we can choose to become aware of our own intentions.

And so they want to help. And they want to make society a more comfortable place for themselves and others. FTMO is trying to help people be aware of their mental health.

FTMO is about the way people can control themselves by controlling others, and this is the key to keeping them sane and healthy. If they don’t get that they’re addicted to drugs or alcohol or alcohol or they’re addicted to pornography or porn, then they are not sane.
