All you really need to do is buy a flare token from the coinbase app and then claim it on the app to get a reward. You could use them to get something in return from your purchases as well (like a voucher, free shipping, free upgrades, etc.).
As for the actual tokens themselves, they’re really quite simple. They’re not actually coins either. They’re just the blue, red, and yellow pieces from the coinbase app. You can purchase them with fiat at the store, so not all of the tokens are used.
You can also get a token for free. In fact, there’s not one single blue token available for purchase. The blue token is the only one that’s not free. The red and yellow tokens are both free, and they’re the only things you can get without spending anything.
The rules are simple: you cant use them to buy items in the store (you can only buy them with fiat). So you have to exchange the tokens to fiat currency to purchase items in the store. You can trade them with others, but you cant take them with you. One of the tokens is used to purchase the Flare Crayon. The other two tokens are used to purchase the Crayon of the Sun and Moon.

The only problem with this is that I really didn’t feel like waiting around for a sale. I really have to say, though, that the tokens are really really cool. They’re not just tokens for buying the game, but they’re also tokens for collecting the games rare flares. I already have several flare tokens, so I’m actually quite excited about this.

The flares are actually not just for buying the game. They also have a special value. When you collect a flare, you can buy a new set of them, each of which comes with a unique color, rarity, and power. Once you’ve collected a flare, and a new set is up for grabs, you can put it on the ground, and the flare will automatically turn into a flare token, which can be spent on buying the game’s special items.
