This is my go-to recipe when I need an easy, hearty pasta. It has a lot of fiber, it’s cheap, and it’s delicious.

The simple, yet tasty, pasta is based on the same recipe used in the popular Klipper pasta dish, but using a different type of pasta. The “klima” in klimapy.com is simply “klima” in Korean or “klimap” in Japanese.

Like most other recipes on the website, the klimap is made with the same pasta, flour, and water, but the pasta is made with klimap (and not the regular pasta) and the water is just the same as the pasta water. The reason I want to try klimapy is because I really like using pasta as a side dish. You know, the stuff that you put on top of a burger or a plate of pasta salad is usually made with the same ingredients as the main dish – but if I’m eating the pasta, I want to be able to use that pasta as a side dish as well. I like the way the pasta looks and I love that it is also super healthy.
