It turns out that sometimes our behavior is so completely out of control it is the complete opposite of what we think it should be. You don’t control your behavior, you control your environment. And our environment is changing. The environment of someone who has never been on a road trip is constantly changing. It changes shape, color, size, weight. Our bodies are changing. That is a very different environment from a person who has never been on a road trip.
