If you are a lover of coffee, you may be familiar with the Colombian coffee drink, but you may not know what it is called. If you have been to Colombia, you know it’s known as “bina” in Spanish. But you may be surprised at what you are familiar with. I’ve used it as a synonym for Colombian coffee before.
Its a drink that is made from a blend of beans roasted in different regions of the country.
You may have heard of the Colombian Coffee Association, but how about the Colombian Coffee Day Festival, which was created to encourage Colombian coffee farmers to come and show off their coffee. It is a biennial event that takes place every January in Medellin. The day is known as Bina Day and is celebrated by the Colombian coffee farmers themselves. The first time I visited the website, I thought the event was a joke. It seems to me that the organizers of the event are trying to encourage farmers to visit the country and take the chance to talk to them about how to grow an extraordinary quality of coffee.
I have to admit that I’ve never actually visited the site, nor have I heard of this event. I’m not a coffee farmer, and I’ve heard about this event from my coworkers and friends. But I think what may be happening is that Medellin is taking the idea that farmers can help each other out and making it so that this event is open to the public.
A very good thing, I think it is great that the people of Colombia are trying to raise awareness of the quality of their coffee. Its a great way to get them to start working together and making progress. This event is already a really good example of the possibilities that a country like Colombia can have.
I think the best thing we can do is to try to get more people involved with these events. More and more people are getting involved with the farmers and the farmer’s associations. Just showing up on the street is not enough! When we talk about getting more involved, I think we can talk about it having a positive impact on the way they live and the way they do business.
The farmers are the backbone of this country. For example, I think we can have a better effect by helping the government help farmers with their infrastructure. That would mean a lot of new job opportunities. Let’s not forget that Colombia has a lot of potential to be a great place to live.
We’re talking about helping to develop the country, but it seems like a very small thing when you only have a population of about 300 million people. However, we need to give them the tools to grow and prosper, so a new bridge to develop the country. That means a lot of jobs. And jobs that pay well. Let’s not forget that there are 10 million people in the diaspora from Colombia that are not doing well.
Colombia has a lot of potential it just needs a good leader who is able to make it a good place to live. The country is very poor and crime is very high. It’s only a matter of time before we see some good happenings.
