Now, to make up your own mind, I have not been posting this long on the subject of how to buy a house. We all know that it is much easier to buy a house than to sell it for the money. But even if you are selling, selling your house is not as easy as saying, “If you want to buy a home, go buy a new one.” If you want a home, you dont have to get an expensive one. You still can buy a home.
Yes, you can still buy a house if you are selling it. But that’s another story.
What if you want to buy a house from a friend, and you want to make your own money? You are buying a home as a way to make your friends or family members feel good about what you have or have not had. You already have the house, you just need to buy one and sell it. You can do that with a website or a coupon. It is not the first time you can do that. But you can definitely do it.
