If you’ve ever tried to get a job with an interview process that requires a phone call, you know that many times, the process is so bad that you’re not even able to hear the person on the other end of the line. What I mean by this is that sometimes when you’re interviewing a candidate and they have their own phone, you can’t hear the candidate talking on the other side.
This is a big problem with the modern job market. If you dont have a phone, you dont have a way to communicate with the other person. I wouldnt be surprised if most careers are like this until something like the internet makes it so that everybody is on the same page.
This is a problem because, in many cases, a candidate is speaking on a phone over a microphone in a room with a live human interviewer who could overhear. This is not a problem because the candidate is likely to have enough time to think about their answer. The problem is that youre not able to hear any of their conversation. You cant hear the candidate talking because it is completely outside of the scope of what they are actually saying.
The reason that we have this problem is because the screen is so tiny that you can’t see a candidate talking through it. It’s because their screen is so small, and they are unable to see past the speakers into their own room without having to look at it. If you look at it, they can see themselves talking through it. You can’t see a candidate talking out there.
Even with the screen so small, it still looks like their voice comes from a speaker. The candidate doesn’t have to look at the speakers to hear themselves, and if you look at their faces, you can see that they are just faces that are saying things.
Its because they cant see themselves.
Sure, you can look at the candidates face. But can you really see their voices? Can you see how they are saying things? It is probably because they can’t see their own faces (because of their small size) and therefore can’t hear their own voices.
People say that their faces are small because the candidates are babies. In the real world, when babies are born, their heads are still growing, and as they grow, they grow their faces. When they grow their faces to the size of faces on a baby doll, it is a new face. This is why that baby that is being interviewed by the news, is also being interviewed by the news, because he is not a baby, but is a very old, old man.
