kujira is a non-essential and optional way to learn the meaning of “self-care”. Not because we think it’s necessary, but because it makes me want to practice more of it. The other thing that makes kujira so interesting is how it makes my own habits and patterns more easy to change.
I feel like I am always being told in this industry that “you can’t change your habits and patterns”, but I have been able to change them. A lot of my habits are just habits, so changing them is hard. I have tried a few things and found that not only is it difficult to change them, they are even harder to change in the moment. It’s a “it takes time” kind of habit.
This is the reason why I am constantly on autopilot and using all of my body’s resources to make sure I have the most efficient time-planning plan, and every day if I don’t use all of my body’s resources to do this, I am going to be stuck in a loop, and will not get to that place right away.
kujira protocol is a habit-forming game. You have to get into the habit of doing things the moment in time you learn how to do them. Once you learn how to do them, it’s much easier to do them in the moment.
That’s my story of why I am constantly on autopilot. It has been a problem for me for over a year. I don’t know if it is the same with anyone else. Maybe you should just stop using all of your bodys resources in the moment.
I feel like you’re going through the motions. You’re not really even aware of all the things you’re doing. Even if you are, you don’t realize how many of them it takes to make you feel like you’re doing them. In kujira, you have to learn how to do everything right the moment you learn how to do it. That’s a lot.
The problem is that if you are constantly doing kujira, you are actually creating a system that is very hard to break. You must practice it until it is so good that your mind will completely forget how to do it.
kujira is also much harder to break than komodo school. For that matter, kujira is far harder than some of the other hard-to-break systems out there. If you are to break some of them, you must have a long, boring period of time to break them.
