Rally was an online trading platform for Bitcoin, and has since moved all of its currency into a centralized digital currency, called USD Coin. The site will be shut down at the end of the year, and you can still make USD Coins, but unless you have a rally account with the company, you can’t actually use them.

If you have a rally account with rallycoinbase.com, you can access your funds immediately. But if you don’t, you must send a payment to the address set out here or wait until January 19th to access your funds.
I’ll be honest with you. I’m scared of paying my rally account with coinbase. I’ve had to transfer funds to other platforms because I can’t access mine. I’d have to create a new one, transfer funds from my old one, and then transfer again to the new one. I’m afraid that the platform might not be able to verify my transaction. It’s really just my fear that it’s going to be that easy, but it’s not impossible.
That said, if you are worried about missing out on rally funds, you can send a payment to the address set out here, and it will still be available for you as soon as January 19th.
The rally coinbase has a new update coming in early January that allows it to check your account for transfers.
It will be on your order page and available to you for free, and you can use it to request a transfer to your account.
