One meditation exercise I would like to recommend is a form of meditation called mindfulness of the body. Mindfulness of the body is a simple practice where you just take it easy with your thoughts and emotions and focus on your breath. It’s an easy one to learn and it’s not nearly as hard as you may think. It can be a very effective way to alleviate stress and anxiety, and you can also use it as a way to improve the quality of your experience.

There is a wealth of literature out there on the benefits of mindfulness of the body. What seems to work best for me, is to just sit down and focus on your breath for a bit. It is very relaxing, and after a while, you will start to notice that you’re able to calm your mind and it won’t cause you to be stressed or anxious. You will notice that the mind is not wandering from one thought to the next.

I personally tend to focus on one thing at a time and when I need to focus, I do it. This way I have time to look at my phone, talk to my wife, and do other things that I would normally miss. It helps me focus on the tasks that I have and the things I want to achieve in the future. I also tend to be a bit more analytical than the average person.

The thing about focus is that it’s a real challenge to stay on task. It’s not a great way to live. For instance, when you’re at work, you are always busy and you are always in a hurry. If you are a task oriented person, you can easily become so focused on what you need to be doing that you are no longer able to have a life outside of work.
