All this will also come up when you start to explore ways to promote your business to the public, which will be interesting because when you look at what your business is going to be the first thing in your head, the first thing is to see what your customers are saying about you. Then it will probably be the first thing you say to your customers, which will also be interesting.

Of course, this is a major problem when you are the only one selling anything of value. If you have a “viable business”, in other words if you can make money from your product or service, your customers will only pay for it if you have value. The problem is, in the west, most people don’t have a “viable business”. It’s not that they don’t have one.
